Chapter Thirty-Seven: Each Shines in Their Own Way
"Where are we?" Ye Dong was the first to sense something was amiss. "Why does it smell so strange?"
Xiaobao quickly pinched his nose. "That's the smell of feces!"
Da Chun looked uneasy. "Is this from a dog? Where are we?"
"It's a kennel," Ye Dong said as he surveyed their surroundings. "Look at those dog chains and the row of dog bowls over there."
Xiaobao cursed under his breath. "Who set us up like this? Dragging us into this dump."
Da Chun clung nervously to Ye Dong's arm. "Ye Dong, I have a bad feeling about this... You're our senior, you've got to protect us!"
Da Chun's unease echoed Ye Dong's own worries. "Could this be the special training Officer Li arranged for us?"
In the distance, dogs barked, confirming Ye Dong's suspicions. The door opened, and a burly, dark-skinned man in a SWAT uniform walked in. "Awake, are you? My name is He Jingshan, and I’ll be your instructor for escape techniques."
The three quickly stood at attention and saluted. "Hello, Instructor He!"
Despite his intimidating appearance, He Jingshan wore a warm smile, which gave Ye Dong a good first impression.
Instructor He nodded and led them outside, pointing toward a training ground. "This is the police dog training center. That’s the training field over there."
Ye Dong asked, "Instructor He, why are we learning escape techniques in a police dog center?"
He Jingshan smiled faintly. "The police dog center isn’t just for training dogs—just like a massage parlor isn’t only for massages."
Xiaobao chuckled inwardly. "So Instructor He is a seasoned veteran too!" He gave a thumbs-up. "That's a perfect analogy. When do we start training?"
He Jingshan patted Xiaobao's shoulder. "Good to see young people with spirit. First, have breakfast. Eat well, then train hard!"
Ye Dong felt as if he’d ordered milk tea but received a warm cola instead, and couldn’t even exchange it—such frustration.
"I feel uneasy. Something’s not right," Ye Dong whispered to Da Chun and Xiaobao.
Da Chun replied in a low voice, "Forget it. Let’s eat first. Once we’re full, we’ll have the strength to face whatever comes. We survived that hellish training with Nian Xue—what’s the worst they can do?"
Xiaobao praised, "Hellish is the perfect word. Nian Xue is probably hiding somewhere, watching us. We can’t let them laugh at us!"
Ye Dong felt gratified. "After the Xiaoting case, Xiaobao and Da Chun have matured a lot. Their courage has grown too."
After breakfast, the three were led to an off-road obstacle course. Instructor He donned gloves, took a damp rag from a sealed box, and smiled at them. "Turn around."
Obeying, they turned their backs, and felt him rub something wet onto their backs, legs, and even their buttocks.
Xiaobao couldn’t contain his curiosity. "Instructor He, what are these things? They smell weird."
He Jingshan came around to their fronts, wiping their necks and crotches with the rag and grinned. "Nothing to worry about."
Ye Dong asked quietly, "Instructor He, you’re being so mysterious, you’re making us nervous."
He slapped the rag onto Ye Dong’s shoulder. "Relax, it’s fine."
He sealed the rag back in the box and left, returning with hands red from vigorous scrubbing.
Ye Dong guessed, "He must be worried about the smell lingering on his hands."
Instructor He pointed to a distant high point. "See that peak? Today’s training plan is to get past the obstacles and climb up there."
Ye Dong grew increasingly uneasy. "From the starting point to the peak is only about 700 meters—an entire day’s training? Come on!"
He Jingshan left them at the course and stepped outside. "Hey, you wanted to know what I rubbed on you? I'll tell you now: it's the secretions of a female dog in heat."
The three froze, quickly understanding the situation. Xiaobao cursed, "That’s just nasty!"
Ye Dong echoed, "So they’re about to unleash the dogs?"
Da Chun sniffed his reeking clothes and retched, "What kind of training is this? It's abuse!"
"No need to curse," Instructor He said, unable to hide his amusement. "Soon I’ll release the male dogs. Don’t worry—they won’t bite. As for what they’ll do to you... you know."
The other instructors behind him burst into laughter, watching Ye Dong and his friends with eager anticipation, as if waiting for a spectacular show.
Ye Dong shouted, "Instructor He, are you really going through with this?"
He spread his hands, feigning helplessness. "I’m just following orders."
"Oh, it’s Officer Li—the old fox!"
The three cursed in unison, "We were loyal to him, and he smeared us with dog stuff!"
"I never said it was Officer Li!" He Jingshan laughed heartily. "Enough talk! Run—fifteen seconds, then I release the dogs!"
Ye Dong cursed, "Damn you, Officer Li. We’ll meet again!"
Seeing Xiaobao and Da Chun still rooted in anger, Ye Dong grabbed them. "What are you waiting for? Want the dogs to have their way with you? Remember, we’re still virgins—don’t let them take that away!"
"Dammit!" Xiaobao’s eyes brimmed with tears. "I offered my heart to the bright moon, but the moon shines down a ditch—Officer Li, that old fox!"
"One!" Instructor He started counting.
Their faces changed, and, terrified, they bolted toward the peak. Ye Dong reminded them, "Da Chun’s short—make sure to protect him!"
But before Ye Dong finished, Da Chun shot ahead like an arrow, leaving them behind. "Don’t worry about me! I’m short, but I run fast. You two watch out for yourselves!"
"Wow! Is this what they call untapped potential in a crisis?" Ye Dong remarked. "Da Chun, we need to keep up!"
"Bark! Bark bark!" Behind them, the excited dogs howled.
The lustful hounds were unleashed—not just one or two, but over twenty.
Target: the three 'female dogs'!
"Don’t look back!" Ye Dong shouted. "For our chastity—charge!"
The three dashed past the first three wooden obstacles, but the barking closed in.
"Damn, there’s a high wall ahead!"
A towering wall appeared!
Ye Dong cursed, "Are these obstacles adjustable?"
Da Chun, in the lead, shouted, "I’ll crouch for you to step on my back, then pull me up—like the special forces in movies!"
"Alright!"
Da Chun bent down; Ye Dong stepped onto his back and swung himself over the wall. Xiaobao followed, barely making it.
Ye Dong saw the pack of drooling, ravenous dogs barely twenty meters away.
He shouted, "Da Chun, get a running start and grab my leg—I’ll haul you up!"
Da Chun stepped back a few meters, accelerated, and leapt, clutching Ye Dong’s leg. "I’ve got it, pull me up!"
"Argh!" The hungry dogs had arrived!
A big wolfdog jumped from three meters away! The trailing pack howled, as if cheering it on, "Go for it! Go for it!"
Honestly, Ye Dong had never hated dogs so much.
The dog leaped, jaws snapping toward Da Chun’s rear!
"Ouch!" Da Chun screamed.
Ye Dong and Xiaobao were alarmed. "Did it bite you?"
Da Chun cried, "No, it caught my pants! Pull me up!"
Ye Dong gritted his teeth and used all his strength, finally hauling Da Chun to safety, but the dog refused to let go, biting harder.
Xiaobao shouted, "Kick it!"
Da Chun, frantic and angry, yelled, "It’s got my butt, I can’t reach it with my foot!"
The dog clamped onto Da Chun’s pants, shaking its body fiercely, as if vowing not to let go until it got its way. Man and beast struggled desperately.
"Hang in there!" Xiaobao grabbed Da Chun’s hand. "Don’t wimp out now! We’re tough guys!"
With a ripping sound, Da Chun’s pants—and his cherished red underwear—were torn away by the dog.
The wolfdog fell, but Da Chun’s bare, white buttocks were exposed.
Lying atop the wall, Da Chun covered his bare behind, tears streaming down his face as he cursed, "Remember this dog—when we get out, I’ll neuter it first thing!"
