Chapter Sixty-Nine: Come On, Use Your Power to Bully Me

“It’s nothing, really.” Chao Xu’s eyes curved slightly, a smile lingering on his face as he looked at him. “I was simply bored, and thought I’d try bullying someone for amusement.”

Qiu Chongwei’s ingratiating expression faltered, his face immediately turning sour.

This was it—the old ancestor had clearly heard everything he’d just said.

His sycophantic smile vanished, replaced by a cold expression as he pointed at Chi Naiyun sprawled on the ground, his tone thick with mockery. “I never would’ve guessed, Young Master Chao, that your tastes run so heavy. To think you actually like a fat corpse like her.”

The moment he spoke, his cronies laughed along, snickering and jeering.
