Chapter Ninety-Nine: Attacking the Forest Lizard and Obtaining the Forest Fruit

At the river’s end, the water disappeared into an underground cavern. Ahead were low thickets, and beside them, a large group of lizards. These were no ordinary lizards—each was over three meters long, with sharp fangs and spines running down their backs like rows of swords.

Without a word, Yang Feng ordered the Raven Warriors to attack. He then looked up at the imposing mountain ahead, its cliffs rising a thousand meters or more—sheer and nearly impossible to climb. At the mountain’s base, several massive cave mouths yawned, with forest lizard sentries visible at the entrances.

Could this be their lair?

Yang Feng quickly realized that this must be the forest lizards’ nest. To cross the mountain, he would first have to navigate their stronghold. There were six cave entrances ahead, but which one was the right path?
