But at that very moment, Chen Yi let out a cold laugh, his body suddenly erupting into action, the blade in his hand flashing past.

“Swish!”

Scorpion felt a burst of intense pain—Chen Yi’s dual-bladed knife had pierced through his arm. Blood sprayed instantly, and he clutched the wound in agony, glaring furiously at Chen Yi.

“You bastard…”

Scorpion gritted his teeth, enduring the pain.

Madman, however, was unfazed by the turn of events. He smiled coldly and continued, “Today, you must die here!”

“Madman, do you believe it? I’ve seen through you long ago.”

“In fact, I know you better than you know yourself.”

Chen Yi smiled as if he held all the cards.

Madman’s gaze darkened for a moment. He didn’t believe Chen Yi’s words, and with a sinister grin, launched another attack.

“Don’t get cocky!”

“Die!”

At the same time, the giant zombie swung its fist down once more!

“Boom!”

The force of the giant zombie’s punch was tremendous, shaking the ground beneath them.

Chen Yi dodged easily, while Madman seized the chance, pushing off the ground with a sudden burst of speed, twisting like a whirlwind, his claws striking toward Chen Yi.

But in that instant, Chen Yi jumped up as if he had foreseen everything. Madman swept through the spot where Chen Yi had just stood, using the momentum of his descent to attack from below.

With a muffled sound, before Madman could steady himself, Chen Yi’s blade sliced across his back.

Blood splattered, staining the ground behind him.

“You…”

Cold sweat broke out on Madman’s forehead, pain flickering in his eyes.

He had not expected Chen Yi to truly know him so well.

Even this move had been predicted!

“How is this possible? How could you know what I’m about to do?” Madman demanded angrily, his eyes betraying a deep, uncontrollable fear.

Chen Yi laughed coldly, a hint of mockery in his gaze. “Madman, I told you—I know you better than you know yourself.”

Madman’s expression flickered, his eyes narrowed as he quickly scanned the battlefield.

He was now completely suppressed.

Many of the elite fighters brought along had already been eliminated.

“Impossible… absolutely impossible…”

Madman muttered to himself, beginning to hesitate, unsure how to proceed.

At that moment, Chen Yi took the initiative, his speed accelerating further, closing in on Madman in an instant.

Madman hurriedly retreated, growling, “How are you doing this?!”

“Because I’ve already experienced all your tricks. Every scheme you devise is useless in my eyes.”

“I know your face, your thoughts, your habits like the back of my hand!”

“This isn’t the first time I’ve faced you!”

Chen Yi spoke with a cold sneer, swinging his dual-bladed knife as a fierce arc slashed toward Madman.

Madman retreated again and again, barely dodging the deadly blow.

But Chen Yi gave him no respite, following up immediately with another swift thrust.

The relentless pressure wore Madman down, leaving him increasingly battered and desperate.

“Something’s wrong! This kid’s strength…” The unease in Madman’s heart grew stronger.

He tried to retreat further, hoping to put some distance between them, only to find himself cleverly forced by Chen Yi into the range of the giant zombie.

“Now it won’t be easy to escape,”

Chen Yi said with a cold smile, his eyes locking onto his prey like a hawk.

The giant zombie, too, lumbered closer to Madman.

Madman was forced to engage, but the zombie’s overwhelming strength made him too wary to confront it head-on. He could only rely on his agility to dodge again and again.

Chen Yi used the zombie’s pressure to trap Madman in an invisible circle.

“Damn it!” Madman darted aside, but Chen Yi seized the opening, his blade leaving a deep gash in Madman’s shoulder, blood bursting forth.

Madman gritted his teeth, enduring the pain, his eyes flashing with murderous intent.

“You’ll pay for this!”

“I’ll make all of you pay!”

His body flooded with blood, his genes inside him accelerating their fusion, making his physique swell and his power grow more terrifying.

Madman’s speed suddenly skyrocketed, leaping through the air, heading straight for Chen Yi.

“Don’t underestimate this lunatic!” Hu Sanhan shouted from the side, glancing over as he battled fiercely.

Scorpion, meanwhile, had recovered from his wound and rejoined the fray, attempting to surround Chen Yi.

Chen Yi quickly raised his dual-bladed knife, defending flawlessly.

“Die!”

Scorpion abruptly transformed his spiked arm into a hooked chain, aiming straight for Chen Yi’s weapon.

“Old tricks—do you really think you can beat me with them?”

Chen Yi sneered, exerting force to twist the hooked chain out of shape, while swiftly sidestepping Scorpion’s other spiked attack.

Just then, Hu Sanhan roared, his golden broadsword flashing with dazzling brilliance as he charged at Scorpion.

“You think you can win?”

Scorpion’s eyes were bloodshot, his face twisted, and his body underwent a horrifying transformation.

His bones contorted, his physique became grotesque, radiating a dangerous aura.

He was frenzied, roaring, “Today I’ll slaughter everyone in this city!”

Hu Sanhan rushed forward, instantly becoming Scorpion’s target.

“Die!!”

The hooked chains and sharp spikes rained down like a storm.

“What?!”

Hu Sanhan’s eyes widened in shock, and he threw himself into full defense.

Even so, he was beaten back repeatedly.

“Crack!”

A vicious strike sent Hu Sanhan flying, slamming into a ruined wall and spitting blood.

“Brother Hu!”

Chen Yi’s gaze darkened, a surge of anger rising in his chest.

A wave of murderous intent flooded him, every nerve taut.

“This is bad…”

Hu Sanhan struggled to get up, wiped blood from his mouth, and panted heavily.

“Hang in there!” Chen Yi shouted, his dual-bladed knife gleaming fiercely.

His rage transformed into endless killing intent, his power surging inexhaustibly.

The ant genes within him fused further.

Madman, seeing this, licked his claws hungrily, as if eyeing prey.

Scorpion’s mutated body appeared even more ferocious, his twin stingers whirling as if to tear everything apart.

“You’re only making your deaths come faster!”

Madman laughed manically, his blood-filled body now even more terrifying, his eyes wild with madness.

Chen Yi’s gaze was icy and sharp as he gripped his knife. “Brother Hu, we need to end this quickly!”

Hu Sanhan gritted his teeth, his body trembling, but his eyes held no hint of retreat. “You attack, I’ll cut off his escape.”

Madman seemed to hear their exchange, and smiled darkly, “You think teaming up will work? How naive you are!”
