Bu Ai stared at Lu Kai for a long time before shaking his head again. "You don't understand. Those people... they are simply demons!"

"Fire and ice!" Bu Ai shouted. "Using those two forces together can destroy them!"

Hearing this, the group struck in unison. As the ice and fire were unleashed, the creatures finally began to retreat in fear, though their roars did not cease. Chen Yi knew they couldn't stop, as hesitation would only make the situation more dire.

Chen Yi struck again, his venomous light restricting the mobility of the purple zombies, creating openings for his companions. Sensing they couldn't break the stalemate, the zombie group silently retreated.

Hu Sanhan and Lu Kai prepared to give chase, but Chen Yi stopped them.

"Don't go! These creatures have a fixed nest in a place of extreme cold and darkness. If you go there, you will surely die!"
